Overview
Over an intensive eight-month period, I led a full-scale rebranding initiative that redefined the company’s identity and supported its transformation into a market-leading unicorn. As the sole designer on the project, I worked closely with key stakeholders, internal teams, and the marketing department to deliver a strategic rebrand that aligned with the organisation’s long-term vision and ambitious growth plans.

Strategic Approach 
This was far more than a visual refresh. The project began with a deep exploration of the company’s trajectory, mission, and competitive landscape. I conducted extensive market and audience research to understand emerging opportunities and inform the creative direction. This foundation ensured that every brand decision was rooted in insight and future readiness.

Execution and Deliverables
Drawing on the research findings, I developed a modern, cohesive visual identity system designed to elevate the brand’s perception and strengthen its market position. The rebrand extended across a comprehensive suite of deliverables, including:
  • A redesigned, high-performing website with an updated digital experience
  • Complete internal brand guidelines outlining tone, visual identity, and implementation
  • Brochures and marketing collateral
  • Social media assets for consistent, scalable content
  • Art direction and production of original photography through internally-led photoshoots

Each element was crafted to ensure consistency, clarity, and a seamless connection between digital and physical brand touchpoints.

Impact
This end-to-end rebrand will play a key role in the company’s evolution, from an already successful multi-million-pound enterprise to a unicorn valued at over £1 billion. The transformed brand identity aligned the organisation’s external presence with its internal ambitions, will enable greater market confidence, stronger customer engagement, and a unified vision for future growth.
